TERMS OF SERVICE:
By booking with Luxe Finish, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. APPOINTMENT & SCHEDULING
- Arrival Window: For mobile services, we provide an arrival window of (30-60) minutes. Factors such as Jacksonville traffic or weather may cause slight delays; we will communicate any changes promptly.
- Cancellations: We require at least (24-48) hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less notice may incur a fee of 20% of the service cost.
- Weather Policy: In the event of inclement Florida weather (thunderstorms, extreme heat, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you.
2. SERVICE CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Access: For mobile detailing, the customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location (e.g., driveway or private lot) for the service.
- Utilities: Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must provide access to a water source and an electrical outlet.
- Personal Property: Please remove all personal belongings, valuable, and car seats prior to your appointment. Luxe Finish is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
- Hazardous Materials: Please disclose any biohazards (e.g., mold, pet waste, or bodily fluids) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service or apply a surcharge for hazardous conditions.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- Estimates: All quotes are "starting at" prices. Final pricing depends on the size and actual condition of the vehicle upon arrival. Excessive pet hair, deep stains, or heavy soiling will incur additional charges.
- Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
4. LIABLILITY & SATISFACTION
-Damage Disclaimer: Luxe Finish is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear and tear (e.g., oxidized paint, loose trim, or worn leather).
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within (24-48) hours. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
- Media Use: We may take "Before and After" photos/videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. If you prefer us not to use your vehicle's image, please let us know in writing.
